PARA-ACADEMIC CLUBS

DawsHacks is a student-led organization at Dawson College, supported by the Computer Science Technology (CST) faculty, Campus Life, and the Dawson Foundation. We organize hands-on hackathons that bring together students across CEGEPs to learn, collaborate, and ship meaningful tech projects. Join us to collaborate, build, and innovate alongside fellow creators in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Historically, advanced engineering challenges like Launch Canada and Formula SAE have been dominated by university teams—in fact, no CEGEP has ever competed in either. We are changing that. By bringing these high-level projects to the CEGEP level, we aim to give our members a head start and fast-track their path into the industry.
